About the Facilitator

Rachel Santa has her doctorate in educational leadership, advanced studies in autism spectrum disorders, as well, degrees in special education and music therapy. She is a director of special services, an adjunct lecturer at URI, and has been an adjunct lecturer at CCRI for over 16 years. She has extensive experience in working with students with severe behavioral disorders in both residential and public schools. Her workshops tend to be fast-paced and engaging.
