Fifty-three institutions are currently participating in the Wabash National Study of Liberal Arts Education. The Study began in the fall of 2006 with nineteen institutions. In the fall of 2007, seven new institutions joined the study, and Wabash College entered for a second round of the study with an additional group of students. In the fall of 2008, twenty-seven institutions joined the study, including Wabash College, Hampshire College, and the University of Rhode Island, which are entering for additional rounds.
