Program Proposal Form

Programs should be aimed at a diverse general audience and should connect CCRI students and the public with the humanities at no cost.  Recipients must acknowledge the Charles Sullivan Fund for Arts & Humanities and agree to be photographed for publicity purposes.

Instructions

Please download, print and fill-out the form (see link below), attach a 150-300 word abstract which briefly describes the project, lecture, or program and states its relationship to the humanities, and submit to: sullivanfund@ccri.edu
