Q: Who would be my mentor?
A: CCRI students majoring in any of the programs. Or, specialize in
mentoring a student in Nursing (LPN & RN); Respiratory Therapy; Physical
Therapist Assistant; Clinical Laboratory Technology; and Radiography /
Sonography, or a woman in one of the technology programs.
Q: What is the time commitment?
A: You will meet or contact your student regularly for approximately
one hour.
Q: How long does the program run?
A: We prefer one academic year.
Q: How many students would I mentor?
A: The number of students is your choice.
Q: Where will I mentor the students?
A: You will be assigned to the CCRI campus convenient to you. Meeting
with students will be in a mutually agreed upon public location.
Q: How are mentors and students paired?
A: You will be assigned a mentor according to your program of study
and the campus you attend.
Q: Do I receive credits or grades if I participate in this program?
A: You do not receive credits nor grades.
