Purpose of Job:
The OA is a critical person in the team at the Success Center. She/he will
be the front line of the Center.
Job Description:
- Answer telephone for the Center
- Greet students, faculty, staff and visitors of the Center
- Provide answers to the student or visitors questions
- Assist students with the computerized log in procedures
- Refer to appropriate area for assistance at Center or CCRI
- Assist Campus Coordinator with copying and collating various Center information
- Assist with additional duties and perform other clerical duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal communication skills and ease in relating to people from varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds
- Good level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
- Appropriate and professional behavior at all times
- Current enrollment as a CCRI student, at least 6 credits
