Policy and Procedure
Initial Step
Faculty and students are oriented to the simulation labs upon admission into an Allied Health Program. Faculty are trained in the use of all simulation equipment upon employment and annually, thereafter.
Scenarios have been preprogrammed for use by Allied Health Programs. The faculty is trained in the use of preprogrammed scenarios. Instructors are encouraged to test the scenario prior to clinical use, by participating with scripted scenarios.
