Policy and Procedure
Consent and Confidentiality
All participants are required to sign the confidentiality agreement prior to use of the Simulation Lab. (Attachment A-2 is a copy of this agreement.) Students and faculty are required to sign a video consent agreement. (Attachment A-3 is a copy of this agreement.) All video data is restricted to student evaluation and research.
