Official College Communications Distributed to the Public
An official College communication is any communication distributed to the public via any available communications medium (including print and electronic). This excludes in-class instructional materials, student publications, internal communications, and correspondence.
The content and design of official College communications shall:
- Be monitored by the Marketing and Communications Department for
accurate and consistent compliance with the standards of the CCRI Lexicon
and Style Guides.

- At the discretion of the Marketing and Communications Department, bear the College logo and/or seal, as appropriate; a statement of nondiscrimination; College vision and mission; and accreditation information.
