You only need to submit this application if you are interested in documenting prior learning from your military or work experiences. Please print out this application and submit it to Dr. Peter N. Woodberry with the information requested below.
- A letter requesting an evaluation of your military credentials and a discussion of how your military training relates to your chosen program of study
- A copy of your DD214, DD295 or CCAF Transcript
- A letter outlining your experiences for which you wish to earn college credit, and a discussion of how this experience relates to your chosen program of study;
- A listing of CCRI courses which closely matches your experience.
Following an initial review of your application and supporting materials, you will be contacted as to the next step.
