COMMUNITY SERVICE DAY

Community Service Day will be the focus of attention as students, faculty and staff spend a day volunteering at non-profits located in close proximity to our campuses. A project team headed by Becky Yount, associate dean of Student Affairs, is working with a number of non-profits including West Bay Community Action in Warwick, RI Community Food Bank in Providence and the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Center in Newport. All volunteers will receive a special commemorative t-shirt in honor of their day of service. For information about this event, please contact Linda Manish at 825-2179.
