Faculty, staff invited to discuss workforce, security issues
A message from the President, Jan. 24, 2011
Please join me for an open forum to discuss outcomes and plans related to the 21st Century Workforce Report as well as opportunities to improve security at our campuses. More specifically, we will explore whether security cameras are a worthwhile investment for increasing safety to protect the members of our community. These are two important issues that will have an impact on college operations and I am seeking your feedback as we make decisions that will affect the future of the college.
I will provide an overview of each topic, answer questions and gather your feedback during the forums. There will be one forum held at each campus.
The events are scheduled as follows:
Wednesday, Feb. 2
9 to 11 a.m., Knight Campus in Warwick, Room 4090
2 to 4 p.m., Flanagan Campus in Lincoln, Rear of Faculty Dining Room
Wednesday, Feb. 9
9 to 11 a.m., Liston Campus in Providence, Auditorium
2 to 4 p.m., Newport County Campus, Auditorium
