Newton's Laws of Motion

First Law

An object at rest, or moving with constant speed in a straight line, will remain at rest, or moving with constant speed in a straight line, unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

Second Law

If an object is acted upon by an unbalanced force, the object will accelerate. The acceleration will be directly proportional to the unbalanced force and inversely proportional to the mass of the object.

Third Law

If object A exerts a force on object B, then object B will exert an equal and opposite force on object A.
