Preamble / Purpose

In this Agreement entered into on the 1st day of July, 1995 between the Rhode Island Board of Governors for Higher Education and the Community College of Rhode Island Professional Staff Association-NEARI/NEA, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Purpose:

It is the purpose of this Agreement to successfully execute the policies of the Board of Governors and to encourage a more cooperative, productive, and professional relationship between the Board and the Community College of Rhode Island Professional Staff Association.
