Project Management: Tips, Tools and Techniques

4 hour session being held at Bryant University

Have you been assigned to a project and you don't know where to begin?  Are you leading a project team that lacks a clear understanding of its expectations?  Do you need to take control of your project?  If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Tips, Tools and Techniques is for you!

You will build a solid foundation of basic project management knowledge, techniques and tools in the hands-on workshop that covers the entire project life cycle.  This course is designed for individuals with little or no prior knowledge of project management, but who serve on or lead project teams.

Participants should come to class prepared to work with their own current (or future) project.  All project management tools and templates will be emailed to participants at the conclusion of the session.

Call Michelle O'Brien in the Office of Human Resources at x2311 for information on the next program dates. Training sessions are limited. Employees must simply obtain permission from their supervisor to attend these sessions.
