Step 1:  Advertising a Part-Time Position

Advertising for a part-time temporary position is not mandatory.  If you believe that a part-time position will be difficult to fill, HR will place an ad on CCRI's 'job opportunities' web site.  This is a high-traffic site with a successful hiring ratio.
