- Academic Year Employment authorized dates are 7/1/11 – 6/30/12
(with approved authorization from OES) - All start dates are provided by the Student Employment Supervisor
(Please do not refer students to contact OES for a start date) - All Student Employment Job Openings can be obtained from employers or any of our OES campuses (Warwick, Lincoln, Providence & Newport).
- Please utilize the following website to obtain all new forms:
http://www.ccri.edu/OES/FA/Required_CWS_Forms.shtml - All Confidentiality Agreements must be signed by the supervisor as well as the student.
- No student should begin working without proper authorization from OES.
Student Employment Schedule (Important dates)
Fall 2011
- September 7 - First day new student workers for academic year can work
- October 10 - Columbus Day; no work for student workers
- November 11 - Veteran's Day; no work for student workers
- November 24,25 - Thanksgiving recess; no work for student workers
- December 16 - Last day of fall semester for students to work
Spring 2012
- January 23 - First day students workers can return to work
- March 12-18 - Spring Break; no work for student workers
- May 4 - Last day for students to work
