Financial Aid determines Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) for Spring 2013. Changes to a SAP status may impact financial aid eligibility for the Fall term. Students affected will be notified by email to check their SAP status posted on their MyCCRI account.
January 1, 2013 Students can start to complete their FAFSA online for the 2013-2014 academic year at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
January 14, 2013 Bookstore authorizations will be posted on student’s individual MyCCRI account. How do  I view my CCRI Bookstore Authorization?
January 14, 2013 Bookstore authorization will be available to purchase books. Students must provide a CCRI ID to use authorization.
February 13, 2013 Last day for students to use Bookstore authorization.
February 28, 2013 Financial aid refunds will begin to be made available. Students who signed up for ACH payments (E- refunds) will have funds posted to their account within 2 business days after CCRI processing. For all others, paper checks will be mailed first-class thereafter, allow an additional 4 days for delivery. To sign up for ACH (E-refunds) log on to MyCCRI account and follow the directions on the My Account tab or go to the Bursar's Office website for more info.

April 2, 2013 Students that withdraw from all of their courses and have a last date of attendance prior to this date have not earned all of their financial aid. This may result in a debt to the college.

New loan recipients for Spring 2013

Students must accept loan, complete and sign MPN and Entrance Counseling. Once this has been completed, loan funds can be applied to student’s tuition and fees and remaining funds may be authorized for the bookstore. See the CCRI Bookstore Authorization FAQ page for more information.

Reminder: Student must be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits) at time of disbursement to remain eligible for Direct Loans.
