Performance-Based Health Science Applications
NEW - From May1 until May 31, the Performance-Based Health Science Application period will be open for programs starting in Fall/September 2013. Your PBHS application can now be submitted online using your MyCCRI account, or you can submit a paper PBHS downloadable application. The new online option is simple saves you time and provides confirmation of your submitted application. Choose the method that is most convenient for you. (See below for details).
Note: Applications submitted throughout the month are treated the same regardless of submission date. Submission of PBHS applications begins no earlier than May 1.

Directions:
- Log in to MyCCRI
- Click on the 'For Student' tab
- Look for the 'Performance-Based Health Science Admissions Channel'
- Click-on the 'PBHS Application Link'
Apply by Paper
- Download paper application-click May link below
- Print a copy of your pre-admission degree evaluation - see instructions
- Bring to the Office of Enrollment Services at any CCRI location
