Important Notices to Students

• If you do not currently have an award posted on your MyCCRI account, you should enroll in the college's deferred payment plan for the Fall term.

  YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR SCHEDULES REGULARLY to make sure that all of your classes are running. Courses that do not meet enrollment requirements may be cancelled. The cancellation will appear on your schedule.

  REMINDER FOR FINANCIAL AID RECIPIENTS:
  Apply for 2010-2011 NOW!. **You need to reapply for aid every year**
  Go to www.fafsa.ed.gov to apply online for federal financial aid for next year, now. Priority deadlines for programs such as the RI State Grant program require you to apply by March 1st.
  Students that applied in 2009-20010, who meet the eligibility requirements by January 11, 2010, will be sent a renewal e-mail or letter reminder before February 16, 2010, to use FAFSA on the Web to reapply for financial aid for 2010-2011.

• Applying to CCRI - New to CCRI? What happens next?
• There is NO Guaranteed Drop for Non-Payment
  The college reserves the right to drop students from their courses for non-payment, however, the financial responsibility remains with the student. If you sign up for a class at CCRI and do not drop it yourself within the established timelines, you will be responsible for the bill.
