August 17, 2005 - Notes

Members in attendance: Ruth Barrington, Joanne Galliano, Nick Kamboures, Kathy Mallon, Robert Melucci, Dennis Moore, Michelle O'Brien, and JoAnn Warren

Last minute logistical matters associated with Opening Day were discussed. 

• A power point presentation was developed for opening day. 
• Lou Pullano has agreed to lead the team in the presentation.
• A Data Collection instrument was developed. 
• All committee members were asked to help facilitate the table discussions and collection of the data sheets.
