Official College Communications

An official College communication is any communication distributed to the public or college community via any available communications medium (including print and electronic). This excludes in-class instructional materials, student publications, one-on-one communications, and correspondence.

The content and design of official college communications shall:

  • Be monitored by the Marketing and Communications Department for accurate and consistent compliance with the standards of the CCRI Style Guides.
  • At the discretion of the Marketing and Communications Department, bear the college logo and/or seal, as appropriate; a statement of nondiscrimination; college vision and mission; and accreditation information.
