Faculty, staff celebrated for years of service

May 5, 2011

CCRI Professor of Mathematics Edward A. Madonna (right) was honored by President Ray Di Pasquale for 45 years of service to the college. The Community College of Rhode Island recognized 80 employees for their years of service to the college on May 4. Recognition for longevity was made in five-year increments starting with 10 years of service and ending with 45 years of service.

Of those honored, 32 had more than 25 years of service, including two who have worked for the college, which opened in 1964, for 45 years. Together, all of the honored employees have contributed 1,610 years of service to CCRI.
