Emotional Intelligence: The Spice of Life
Studies indicate that individuals whose emotional intelligence is highly developed are happier, healthier, have more satisfying and rewarding relationships, and are professionally successful. Emotions are the "Spice of Life!" They provide color, texture and meaning to every experience. The more aware, adept, and comfortable one is with emotions, the more meaningful and enjoyable life is.
This program will provide participants the opportunity to learn why Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is defined as the capacity to create optimal results in your relationships with yourself and others for personal and professional success. Participants can expect to learn how to enhance and apply EQ to improve their personal and professional relationships.
