Office Skills Training

If you are serious about entering the clerical field of work, this course is for you! This 22.5 hours per week, non-credit program offers eighteen weeks of intensive, hands-on training, plus two weeks of job search assistance. Topics include instruction on basic Windows operation, Internet, electronic mailing, general office practices, and academic support services. You will also learn the complete Office Suite software package and enjoy working at your own desk with your own personal computer. Participants enjoy our intimate classroom environment, where caring professionals provide small group instruction. Because no class is any larger than fifteen students, you can be sure that you will obtain the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are required by today's employers. In fact, we will assist each graduate with job placement and invite all participants to college wide job fairs and career expositions. The last graduating class had a 100% placement rate.

Become part of the CCRI family and join us for a rigorous, yet stimulating experience. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded a certificate of achievement. Financial assistance is available if you qualify. Placement testing and an interview are required. Classes are held at the CCRI Lincoln Campus.
