Benvenuti! A nome degli “officers” del Circolo Italiano qui a CCRI vi porgo un caloroso benvenuto. Studio l’italiano da un anno e attraverso il circolo italiano ho l’opportunità di approfondire la conoscenza della lingua e cultura italiana. Vi invito a partecipare. Possiamo imparare molto dall’uno all’altro.  In bocca al lupo!

This is my first year as President of the CCRI Italian Club. The club has afforded me the opportunity to enhance my ability to learn more about the Italian language, the culture, and the Italian people. There are many fine courses offered at the college in Italian at various levels, and in particular there are several conversational classes that will really get you on your way to speaking Italian effectively.

I had studied French and Spanish but had only an introductory level of competency in Italian. CCRI’s offerings allow me to further my knowledge of the language.

I have also participated in an Italian language summer program in Florence at the Centro Linguistico Dante Alighieri and a language program at the Université de Nice. 

Now I am excited about nurturing my Italian to a higher level. The CCRI Italian Club opens many doors to those interested in all that is Italian.
