Checking Seat Availability for Courses
Under the Registration option, students will see a lot of information about a course including: the course code and title, course registration number (CRN), campus and room location, time of day, length of individual class, number of weeks the course will run, instructor and start date. MyCCRI also makes it possible to check to see how many seats are available for a particular course.

Step 2On the left-hand side, under Registration Tools, click the Look Up Classes link. |
Step 3Select the term you wish to check by clicking on the down arrow. Click on the Submit button. |
Step 4Click on the down arrow next to the Subject and select a discipline. You may select other options, like campus, start and end time, and days if you'd like but these are not mandatory to do your search. |
Step 5When you have selected your options, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Class Search button. |
Step 6Scroll down through the courses. You will see three columns that indicate available seats:
Please Note: If there are remaining seats available, an empty check box will appear next to the CRN. If there is a "C" next to the CRN the class is closed (see example below). |
Step 7Click the check box next the the course you wish to add to the work sheet or register for. |
Step 8If you wish to register for multiple courses, click first on the Add to Work Sheet button and then click on the Class Search button to select additional classes. When all your courses have been added to the Work Sheet, click on the Register button to finalize your choices. |

All students who have identified a major should review their Degree Evaluation to see the list of required courses and prerequisites. Students who have questions about which courses to register for should contact Advising and Counseling before finalizing their registration. |
