How to Manage Photos in MyCCRI
Faculty or students can add photos to a MyCCRI course homepage. Photo files submitted by students must be reviewed and then activated by the instructor before they are viewable on the web. Note that only photos in .gif or .jpg format are viewable on the web. Faculty can inactivate, activate, and delete photos. Captions and text related to each photo can be edited here.

Step 1Log in to your MyCCRI account and click on the myCourseTools tab. |

Step 2Select a term and course from the Course Schedule. |

Step 3Under Content Tools click on Manage Photos. |

Step 4Click on a photo or title to view. To activate a photo check the box and click Activate. To remove a photo check the box and click Delete. |

Step 5Click on a photo or title to view. To inactivate or remove a photo check the box and click Inactivate or Delete. A New photo can be posted by clicking Post a New Photo. |
