Configure Entourage
Launch Entourage from the Dock or from the Applications Folder

Step 1In the Entourage Setup Assistant, do NOT click the right arrow to continue. Instead, Click the red button in the upper left of the screen to close the assistant.

Step 2If prompted, Would you like to make Microsoft Entourage your default e-mail program? in most cases we recommend Make Default

Click on the New button in the upper left of the Accounts screen. In the Account Setup Assistant screen, Enter your email address, username@ccri.edu. Check the box in front of My account is on an Exchange Server . Do NOT click the right arrow to continue. Instead, click on Configure Account Manually

Under the Account Settings tab, in the Account name: enter CCRI Exchange, under Personal Information, enter your Name and E-mail address. Under Authentication, make sure that Use my account information is selected and that your account information is entered. There should be a check mark in front of Save password in my Mac OS keychain. Under Server information there Exchange server: https://webmail.ccri.edu check the box "This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)" Click the Options tab. |

Under Downloading mail be sure that "Receive complete messages" is selected. Click the Advanced tab. |

In the Public folders server: enter webmail.ccri.edu/public. There should be a check mark in front of "This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL). Under Directory Settings make sure there is a check mark in front of "This server requires me to log on" and "This LDAP server requires a secure connection (SSL)". Click OK. You have completed the account configuration and may start using Entourage to retrieve your CCRI email. |
