Step 1

Power Button: Use this button to turn the computer on. To turn the computer off select "Shut Down" from the Start Menu on the desktop. The computer will automatically shut off once it is done powering down.

Step 2

Zip Drive: Insert a zip disk into this drive. To access files, select "Removable Disk (D)" from the drop-down menu.

Step 3

Eject Disk: Use this button to eject a zip disk from the zip drive.

Step 4

Floppy Disk Drive: Insert a floppy disk into this drive. To access files select "3 1/2 Floppy (A)" from the drop-down menu.

Step 5

Eject Disk: Use this button to eject a floppy disk from the floppy disk drive.

Step 6

CD Drive: Insert a music or data CD or a DVD into this drive. To access files, select "CD Drive (E:)" from the drop-down menu.

Step 7

Open/Close CD Drive: Use this button to open and close the CD drive.
