Entering Final Grades in MyCCRI

All final grading is done within MyCCRI. You must log in to your MyCCRI account in order to access this function. If you are not sure of your MyCCRI username and/or password, please contact the Help Desk at 825-1112.

Step 1

Log in to your MyCCRI account and click on the For Faculty tab to access the Faculty Grade Assignment Channel

To edit the Faculty Grade Assignment channel settings, click on the Edit button in the upper right hand corner of the channel. In the From Term pull-down list, select the appropriate term, Available Views should be set to Midterm and Final, and Default View set to Final, click Apply then click the Back button to return to Faculty Grade Assignment.

In the From Term pull-down list, select the appropriate term, Available Views should be set to Midterm and Final, and Default View set to Final, click Apply then click the Back button to return to Faculty Grade Assignment.

Step 4

To enter your final grades, click on the grades not started icon which indicates that grade entry has not been started. You will then be taken to the Faculty Final Grade Worksheet. Enter your grades and then click the Submit button.

Please note : If you wish to mark a student with a WP, WF, I, IC (Math lab only), F or NA, you MUST insert a “Last Attend Date.” The “Last Attend Date” needs to be inserted in a specific format as follows: MM / DD / YYYY .  Correct example:   11/03/2011 NOT:       11-3-11

If a “Last Attend Date” was not entered correctly for any student earning a grade of WP, WF, I, IC, F or NA – THE ENTIRE GRADE ROSTER WILL BE REJECTED. No grades will be recorded for this course.

The grades entered i con indicates that grades have been entered but not rolled to academic history.

NOTE: Once the grades have been rolled to academic history the icon becomes a check mark without the box around it indicating that the grades have been rolled to academic history and can no longer be changed online.
