Newport Grand supports CCRI Imagine campaign
Newport Grand has contributed $20,000 of a $25,000 pledge toward a classroom enabled with technology at the CCRI Newport County Campus. On April 14, 2009, CCRI President Ray Di Pasquale gave Newport Grand CEO Diane Hurley a tour of the classroom and the campus to share the positive outcome of the business's gift on CCRI's students. Hurley, impressed by the impact the new technology had on CCRI's diverse student population, presented Di Pasquale with the fourth $5,000 installment of the pledge. A plaque outside of the classroom recognizes Newport Grand's significant contribution to the college's Imagine campaign.
