Performance Evaluations
Supervisors and employees are strongly encouraged to discuss job
performance and goals on an informal, day-to-day basis. Formal performance evaluations are
conducted as prescribed by each collective bargaining agreement and the Board of Governors
Personnel Policy Manual.
