As part of the Health Care Futures Grant, faculty members in Health & Rehabilitative Sciences can refer students in their classes to receive academic support above and beyond what the faculty member wish to deliver. Referred students will be tracked as part of the HCF Grant and the referring faculty will be notified of all correspondence to the referred student, recommendations for remediation from Success Center staff, student compliance and effort, as well as a follow up at the mid-term and end of semester. Students receiving multiple referrals from several instructors will be prioritized for intervention and assistance.
This pilot is a voluntary program available for students enrolled in Health & Rehabilitative Sciences classes only.
