The Rhode Island Health Care Association (RIHCA,) http://www.rihca.com a professional association representing 58 Rhode Island nursing homes, invites you to consider a position as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) in one of our facilities as a logical transition to your career choice as a professional nurse.
Many RIHCA facilities are willing to pay for your C.N.A. training in exchange for employment upon successful completion of the C.N.A. program. Additionally, some offer tuition reimbursement for nursing studies for students employed as a C.N.A.
