To be considered for this scholarship students must:
- Have meritorious standing
- Entering and/or have completed one year at CCRI.
- Possess leadership skills
- Be involved in student-run organizations such as SkillsUSA either at the high school or college level
- Students are eligible in any career and technical area of study: administrative office technology, allied health, business administration, computer studies, engineering and technology, industrial technology, nursing or general programs.

To be considered for this scholarship students must:
- Be a current computer studies and information processing student
- First preference is given to a student who is entering the second year of studies at CCRI
- Second preference is given to a student who is transferring to a 4-year college or university.
- Both need and merit are considered in the application process, with emphasis placed on need

To be considered for this scholarship students must:
- Be a graduating CCRI student from the Liston Campus
- Have achieved a minimum grade point average of 3.5
- Have been accepted at a four-year institution for continued studies towards a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- Applicants should have demonstrated a high degree of personal initiative while at CCRI and exhibited strong leadership qualities as evidenced by participation in extracurricular activities.
