Purpose: To award scholarships to students who have completed one year of their studies at CCRI and are Warwick residents. First preference is given to nursing students. Second preference is given to students in other health related programs of study.

Application Deadline: April 1
Processing Procedure: Dean of Health & Rehabilitative Sciences appoints Scholarship Committee Chair, who subsequently appoints scholarship review committee.
The Scholarship Committee Chair completes Scholarship Sign-Off form and forwards it and all applications to the Office of Institutional Advancement.
Upon receipt of all materials, CCRI Foundation check is made payable to the selected recipients and Office of Institutional Advancement sends check and congratulatory letter to the selected recipients via certified mail with a copy to the Scholarship Committee Chair and the Dean of Nursing, Allied & Dental Health Programs. Copies of the letter plus copies of the application forms are sent to:
