Purpose: To recognize a student enrolled in the Associate of Fine Arts-Music Degree Program. Eligible applicants must have completed 9 credits in the degree program, and be pre-registered for minimum of 6 credits in Music.

Application Deadline: April 1
The Music Department Chair completes Scholarship Sign-Off form and forwards it and all applications to the Office of Institutional Advancement.
Upon receipt of all materials, CCRI Foundation check is made jointly payable to the selected recipient and CCRI. Office of Institutional Advancement sends check and congratulatory letter to the selected recipient via certified mail with a copy to the Music Department Chair. Copies of the letter plus a copy of the application form are sent to:
