Purpose:  To provide financial support to students enrolled in the Fine Arts Program and who are music majors with a total of six (6) credits/semester.  Preference given to students enrolled in Jazz studies.

Application Deadline:  April 1  

Processing Procedures:  Music Department Chair appoints scholarship review committee.

The Music Department Chair completes Scholarship Sign-Off form and forwards it and all applications to the Office of Institutional Advancement. 

Upon receipt of all materials, CCRI Foundation check is made payable to the selected recipient.  Office of Institutional Advancement sends check and congratulatory letter to the selected recipient via certified mail with a copy to the Music Department Chair.  Copies of the letter plus a copy of the application form are sent to:

 Revenue History:  Account was endowed by the Music Department.  The Music Department will host annual jazz concerts as a fundraising activity.
