In his role, Ron Schertz focuses on increasing the retention and graduation rates of students. He directs all college services and activities that encourage students to reach their full leadership potential while achieving academic and career success. He works with all student support groups including advising and counseling, enrollment services, career services, The Tutoring Centers, student life, athletics and student health.
