The Cisco Networking Academy at CCRI delivers web-based content, online assessment, student performance tracking, hands-on labs, and preparation for industry standard certifications.
Cisco Routing & Switching Courses (4) of the Academy program are equivalent to 280 hours of instructions and the CCNA Security class is equivalent to 90 hours of instructions provide students with a basic foundation in networking and network security. Students who successfully complete these portions of the program should have the proficiency to pass the ICND 1 - 2 or Cisco Certified Network Associate CCNA, and the CCNA Security industry certifications.

Cisco offers Four levels of general IT certification: Entry (CCENT), Associate (CCNA), Professional (CCNP), and Expert (CCIE representing the highest level of achievement).

Option 1: Two certification exams, the 100-101 ICND1 and the 200-101 ICND2 examination
