Office Information


Copying

A copy machine and scantron are located in Rm. 1135. This copier is designed for small copy jobs only. It is not meant for copying exams, large multiple-page handouts, or books. If you need to do larger jobs, please use the large copier on the second floor at the top of the main stairway. The Faculty Assistant will tell you what the code numbers are for each machine. If a copy machine needs service or paper, please report the problem to the Faculty Assistant. Please do not send your students to do your photocopying. They will not be allowed to make copies.

Office Space

The Adjunct Faculty Office is located in Rm. 1128, which houses five computers, a printer, file cabinets, and two telephones. Mailboxes for each adjunct faculty member are provided and are located just outside the adjunct room along the corridor. Please check your mailbox prior to every class. Mail, student messages, and CCRI communications addressed to you will be placed in your box.

Paychecks

Full-time temporary faculty are paid every other Friday according to the payroll schedule, and adjuncts are paid the third Wednesday of each month. Checks are available at the Administration desk on the second floor. To have your checks direct deposited, you need to fill out a form available from the Personnel Office at the Knight Campus (located at the top of the ramp to the third floor), or you may download the form.

There are three checks in the fall, starting with October, and four in the spring, starting with February. Summer session paychecks are available in June and July for session A, July and August for session B, and once in August for session C.
