College Privileges

ID Card

You must have an ID card to obtain library privileges and to park in the faculty lot. To get one, present yourself at the Dean of Students’ office, 1054, between 8 and 4. Your picture will be taken and a card provided. 1054 is in the warren of offices off of the Great Hall on the first floor: from the ramp entrance go across the foyer and down the stairs. These offices are the last on the right. If you are coming from Enrollment Services, go up the stairs and turn right. Doorway is the first on the right.

Library Use

If you present proof of status (your printed Pipeline schedule, for example), you will be granted a temporary library card, which will grant you all the library privileges and capabilities. The card is considered temporary because it is in lieu of an official ID card, which is unavailable because the ID machine has gone to its reward in the sky. Library entrance is on the fourth floor next to the elevators.

Parking/Parking sticker

Parking sticker and gate access card: To obtain a sticker, you need to present to Security proof of status (again, your printed Pipeline schedule is good) and a personal ID. You will be able to obtain an access card the same way when the lot gate is fixed (which is not expected to occur any time soon, so don’t worry about it). The Security Office is on the ground floor next to the receiving door at the back of the building.
