Today’s managers must deal with as many as four different generations of workers, each with unique work styles and cultural backgrounds. The age range spans approximately 60 years and is usually broken out into the following categories:
Mature: Born 1909-1945
Baby Boomers: Born 1946-1964
Generation X: Born 1965-1981
Generation Y: Born after 1981
It’s difficult to manage such a diverse group of talent without first understanding each group’s attributes, values, strengths, weaknesses, and motivators. This interactive and informative program will provide participants with an in-depth look at each of the four generations in today’s workplace.
You will discover:
- How to identify behaviors, assets, and liabilities of each generation
- What each generation values
- How to motivate and inspire them
- How to optimize the talents of each generation
- How to develop a more cohesive workforce
