Registration Information

Please read all of this information before proceeding!

Age Requirement

Students must be a minimum age of 15 years, 10 months by the first day of class to register!

You can register for a class well in advance as long as you will be the required age by the first day of class. Proof of age must be presented on the first night of class. Proof of age can be documented by providing a copy of your birth certificate, passport, or baptismal record.

Students who register but do not meet the minimum age requirements by the first night of class will NOT be admitted to the class and will NOT be refunded their money.

When Do I Register?

You can register for class at any time provided you can provide proof of age (15 years, 10 months) on the first day of class.

There is a maximum enrollment number for each class and several classes do fill fast, so please don't wait until the last minute to register!

Please note that Driver Education teachers will NOT be able to accept registrations at your school. All registrations must be processed through CCRI prior to the start of class.

Schedule of Classes

Classes are scheduled on an ongoing basis, so if you don't see a class scheduled for your particular high school, check back again at a later date or consider registering for one of the classes being held on a CCRI campus.

Cost & Payment

Payment in full ($75) must be paid at time of registration.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds for the Driver Education Program unless class has been cancelled or for valid medical reasons.  It is the College's policy to make refunds on credit card payments, by check, to the registered student.

Special Accommodations

Individuals who need interpreter services for the hearing impaired or other special services are requested to make these needs and preferences known a minimum of 45 days prior to the start of class.
