Outstanding Opportunity for Students to Earn Graduate Credits

ed2go, the industry leader in online education, and Madonna University, a recognized higher education institution, are pleased to announce their partnership that offers graduate credit to education professionals. In addition to earning Professional Development Units (CEUs, PLUs, etc.), educators looking to renew their certificates and increase their salaries can apply to the Madonna University Professional Development Program and earn graduate credits for approved courses.

Madonna University is fully accredited by both the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education.

Who Can Apply for the Credit?

All educators with a professional (permanent) certificate, practicing administrators, school psychologists, and support personnel may participate in this program.

How it Works
  • Participants earn one graduate credit for every 15 clock hours of an approved ed2go Teacher Professional Development Online Course
  • Students may register for 1-6 hours of graduate credit, depending on the number of actual clock hours of work
  • Students register at Madonna University within two weeks of starting their ed2go Online Course
  • The professional development must be a learning experience that adds to the student’s professional growth
  • The cost per credit hour is $150, due at the time of registration to Madonna University
  • Registration Details

Students interested in joining the Madonna University Professional Development Program can register in one of the following ways:

Download a Registration form: Click here to download the PDF registration form. Fill it out and submit with payment to the Madonna University office.

    Earning Graduate Credit

After registering for the Professional Development Program, simply complete the ed2go Online Course through CCRI. Upon completion of the course, submit a scholarly paper to Madonna University to receive graduate credit. Click here to view the assignment details.

Madonna University awards one graduate credit for each 15 clock hours of learning. ed2go Online Courses offer 24 hours of learning, therefore, students may use the first 15 hours toward one graduate credit. The nine remaining hours can be applied to a future course.

For example, students enrolled in two ed2go Online Courses will obtain a total of 48 hours of learning, resulting in three graduate credits (and three remaining hours).
