Dietary Manager Certification

This certification course for dietary managers in long-term care facilities includes 50 hours of classroom instruction and 25 hours of supervised field experience. Taught by nutrition expert Cynthia Bjerke RD, M.Ed, the course offers an overview of nutrition principles and in-depth examinations of diet therapy, medical nutrition therapy and food production management.
