CCRI staff and representatives of Laborers-AGC Education and Training Fund in Pomfret, CT look on as Robert Delaney, director of project development for CCRI’s Division for Lifelong Learning, explains composites and their use in both the marine trade and the construction industry. CCRI and Laborers-AGC have met to explore the possibility of both non-credit cooperative training and an A.A.S. degree in the construction field to advance the education of union members and students graduating from the Laborers-AGC charter school in Cranston.
