Once you click on download you will see the dialog box below:

RunOnDownloadWarning.jpg

Choose Run and then choose the location on your computer where the download will save the file.  We’ve used C:\temp for this example.  Then you will see the next dialog box.

DownloadingStep2.jpg

You can see the percentage of the file that has downloaded in the status bar at the bottom.

Once this finishes downloading it will go onto Step 3 and unpack the file in this location.

Once this finishes you will see the next dialog box.

Step4LaunchInstall.jpg

If you choose Launch Install it will begin to install your new software.

If you have difficulty with the file or if the file is corrupt and you need to download it a second time, log back onto the e-academy and choose My Software.  You will see the list of software that you have downloaded.

MySoftwareList.jpg

You can now download the file again.  This does not give you a second license to install this software on another computer.  The serial # you received is your own personal number.  When you click on Download you will see the serial # again.

If you prefer to burn your software to a CD (as long as your computer has the capability and software to do so), you can choose to close this dialog box instead of launch install.

Your software image will be in the folder you chose in the download step (i.e. we used C:\Temp).

ISOonComputer.jpg

As you can see our image is in the c:\temp\Expression Web (English) folder.  This file is an ISO (an image of a cd that is on our computer).  As long as you have CD burning software on your computer (i.e. Roxio, Nero, etc.) you can choose to burn an image to a CD and it will take this and transfer it to a CD.  You cannot just copy the file as it needs to be converted with the software.
