The Rhode Island Board of Governor's for Higher Education and the Center for Excellence and College Readiness are pleased to offer Summer Dual Enrollment Scholarships for a select number of high school students (juniors and seniors for the 2011-2012 school year) to attend one college course this summer at Rhode Island College or the Community College of Rhode Island.
