HOSP-1010 - Lodging Management I - 3 Credits

This course introduces the student to an overview of the lodging management industry, including the organization of guest services and hospitality careers, as well as front office cycle and housekeeping operations.


HOSP-1020-Loding Management II - 3 Credits

This course builds on the concepts and principles presented in the Level 1 course and includes the areas of leadership/management, hospitality marketing and sales and the food and beverage service industry. Prerequisite: Lodging Management I, HOSP-1010
